With every day, the clock ticks down, bringing the school year to an end. And I just don't want it to end yet. Too much to pack...too much to organize...too much to think about...too many goodbyes to say...
The schedule is just too packed - middle school play performances all weekend, field trip in 2 weeks, benchmark exams to give and grade, shelves to clear and drawers to empty, service projects and friends' visits to look forward to... Maybe if I stay busy I'll forget about what I have to do after that...maybe...
Yes, I'm excited, but gosh darn it, some days I feel like I am dragging my feet.
And the time keeps ticking...and I need to keep moving...
