It's no wonder some of my students can't ever seem to get started on their independent writing - few things are as intimidating as a blank page!
From where is the best place to draw information or inspiration? What if it doesn't come out "right?" What if it isn't good enough or doesn't turn out as I expected?
Push away those doubts and begin! Writing is about putting your thoughts on paper - and once you start writing, it usually comes out "right" in the end.
