Twas the day before marathon
and all 'round the city
Chicago was buzzing
with fall leaves, looking pretty.
Stomach's doing flip flops
The expo was fun
Come 7:30 tomorrow morning
We'll be ready to run!
Yes, I made it to Chicago - so great to be with my family, see my housemate from last year, and eat some true Chicago food. There are SO many people! The weather is looking to be a little on the warm side, but anything's cooler than that Phoenix heat.
Marathon, here we come...
